Associated Cooperative Wholesale Distributors (ACWD) is an informal gathering of representatives of wholesale distributors of plumbing, heating, cooling and piping products, equipment and services.

ACWD's mission is to support competitiveness in the marketplace, provide the best possible service and products, and foster good relationships with industry manufacturers and their representatives.

The following areas of discussion are prohibited in any form albeit oral, written or electronic:

• Discussion of terms of sale of products or services to ACWD customers.
• Any agreement to fix or regulate selling prices, markups or the conditions or terms for the sale, delivery or service of products.
• Any agreement to establish geographic or electronic commerce trading areas, the allocation of markets or customers, or the classification of certain customers as being entitled to preferential conditions or treatment.
• Participation in any plan designed to induce any manufacturer or distributor to sell or refrain from selling or otherwise discriminate in favor of or against any particular customer, class of customer or vendor.
• Any agreement to limit or restrict the quantity and type of products to be sold.
• Participation in any plan designed to control the means of transportation or channels of distribution through which products may be purchased or sold.
• Any discussion relative to ACWD member employees, staff members or prospective candidates for employment, hourly wages, salaries, benefits, delivery charges or any other related topics.
